This is the Dominican Republic’s most eastern tip and is a tropical paradise of natural green plant life and white sandy beaches. The flat region of Bavaro experiences little rainfall but the air is still humid enough for exotic flowers and greenery to in the scorching sun. Bavaro holidays are a golfer’s dream destination boasting two spectacular golf courses. The Caribbean is renowned for constantly appearing in top ten golfing holiday lists. This is mostly because of their stunning views and their healthy deep green lawns that provide an exciting challenge to the most experienced of golfers. Cocotal Golf Course is probably the most pleasurable course to sport on Bavaro holidays as it was designed for golfers by a pro-golfer. Spanish pro Jose Gancedo created the 27 hole challenge knowing what exactly golfers want from their ideal course. White Sands golf course is also a gorgeous 18 hole green sporting plain and Jose Gancedo also designed the first nine holes here. The beaches on all inclusive Bavaro holidays vary in temperament though you can be assured that they are all gloriously sandy strips. Bavaro’s shore spans an approximate 10 kilometres and is full of coral reefs and soft pale sands. The beaches on the nearby resort of Uvero Alto are far richer in colour and the sea can be quite choppy there.
