The beach is a superb white sand strip where you can hire parasols and sun loungers. There are regular diving trips available where you can make the most of the marine life and coral reefs on holidays in Marsa Alam. The two best places to go diving are the village of Berenice 155 miles south and Elphistone Reef. Elphistone Reef is a spectacular diving spot on all inclusive Marsa Alam holidays and is home to some species of fish unique to Egypt.
Other activities on offer on all inclusive holidays in Marsa Alam include visiting the Valley of Camels on a desert safari and playing a few rounds of golf on the green sun kissed golf course in nearby Luxor. There are also plans to create a golf course in the town although this could be a long way ahead. The nearest golf course in Luxor on Marsa Alam all inclusive is a three hour drive away but it is worth the journey just to see the sights around the course and in Luxor itself.
