Corsica is a small island just off the south east of coast of France where people speak in their own unique language on steep hill top towns nestled in deep green forestry. Cap Corse is where you will fly into on Corsica holidays. It can be found on the map at Corsica’s northern tip looking towards Genoa. Despite its status as a prominent location on Corsica the roads here aren’t exactly great, a sign of things to come around the rest of the island. If you a renting a car on Corsica holidays you may like to choose a four wheel drive vehicle or else catch a bus around the town. There are nice beaches on Erbalunga and Macinaggio in the region and you can also visit Corsica’s impressive summit, nearby Monte Stello.
The Niolo is an inland retreat on all inclusive Corsica holidays and is where you will find Corsica’s highest point, Monte Cinto as well as the island’s largest river, Golo before it joins the sea. This is more of an agricultural region on all inclusive Corsica holidays so expect to see lots of quaint farmlands full of French livestock grazing in the hilly fields.
