Corfu is the most northern of the Greek islands and is North West of the mainland itself. All inclusive Corfu holidays are favoured for their warm Mediterranean climate and history celebrated in Corfu Town’s monuments, fortresses and museums. Corfu holidays are ideal for couples and families who seek to ease off their stress with hot sunny days and linger over delicious dinners at night. The best Corfu hideaways on the island for these types of breaks are Agios Ioannis, Agios Ionnis Peristeron, Sidari, Ermones and St George South. More lively Corfu holidays are sure to be spent in the resorts of Roda and Dassia and Gouvia which are littered with multiple bars, tavernas, cocktail lounges, restaurants and souvenir shops. The island’s waterpark Aqualand is a superb way to entertain the kids for a day on all inclusive Corfu holidays. Most resorts are located near the park, the closest of which would probably be Agios Ionnis Peristeron that would be about 14 kilometres away. Aqualand has a host of water rides, shoots and pools including the lazy river, the giant whirlpool and the terrifying Black Hole waterslide. The park is open from the 16th of May until October every day from 10am until 6pm. These flexible hours mean that a spare of the moment trip can be arranged by families on all inclusive Corfu holidays if the feeling takes them. There are also jeep safaris available for keen island explorers if the silence of your resort has you looking for something a little extra from your Corfu holiday. |
