Guide to Help You Enjoy your Holidays in Roda All inclusive Roda holidays are in a quaint fishing town that has recently developed into a small family resort. Popular with British and Irish visitors, Roda is relatively peaceful with Acharavi to the east and Sadiri to the west. All inclusive Roda holidays are mainly on flat land that descends slightly with steps to the beach. The beach on Roda holidays is popular with most visitors to the resort. Unlike most of the beaches in Corfu this is a pale sand beach. This is a welcome break from the pebble and shingle beaches that mainly fringe the island. You can hire sunbeds on the main beach on Roda holidays and toilets and shower facilities are also planned on site for the future. The beach is horseshoe shaped which means that seaweed washes up on the shore constantly but it is quick to be cleared away by the locals. However you will see a few cigarette butts lying around the shore with the sunbathers. Boat rental is available on the beach. These motorboats are rented out by the hour and tourists are given a mobile phone to take with them in case of difficulties while out at sea. A short bus or taxi ride will take you to Hydro Polis water park in Acharavi, popular with visitors on all inclusive Roda holidays. This is a great family day out and the water park tries to include something for everyone. Restaurants and changing facilities are available here meaning that you can spend the whole day at the waterpark instead of returning early to your hotel on all inclusive Roda holidays. |
