Not t be confused with Agios Georgios that sits in the north, the resort is a tranquil town just 30 kilometres from the capital Corfu Town. You are just a 45 minute drive from the airport here. The lively town of Kavos also only sits 18 kilometres away. Most people choose all inclusive St George South holidays for their traditional feel that has been lost in some of the busier resorts around the Corfu coast. The first plus point about St George South holidays is the resort’s fantastic soft bronze sand beach. The beach here is both child and disability friendly and the local authorities pride themselves on its successful upkeep. You will find it just a little out of St George South between Corfu Town and Kavos but its outstanding beauty and amazing on site facilities mean that it is well worth a visit. Just be warned when if you are attempting to drive down in your hire car that parking here is limited. There are some tavernas along the beach that have parking facilities but most people will still suggest driving down there early to find a space. You could easily spend a whole day here on St George South holidays catching the rays, having lunch, dinner and then a few drinks before heading back to the hotel for the remainder of the evening. That being said, the nightlife on all inclusive St George South is still pretty low key, aimed at couples and families who have to abide by their children’s bedtime routines.
