At the northern point of Lake Garda is Riva Del Garda with its 12th century fortress. It is a brilliant place for windsurfing and blazing on the beach on Lake Garda holidays. It would be the perfect relaxed holiday break if it wasn’t for the early morning church bell that rings every day. Despite this it is still an excellent escape for sun worshippers who rush out in the morning to find the best spot at the seashore and return when the sun sets to have an early night in Lake Garda.
Limone is just south of Riva Del Garda on the north west side on all inclusive on Lake Garda. Inland from its shores you will find beautiful lemon and olive groves mixed with other scenic sights over the placid lake. A main port of call on holiday homes at Lake Garda is the town of Garda itself on Garda’s east side. Take a walk around Lake Garda’s well established namesake and discover charming little ice-cream parlours and relaxed bars that are beginning to spill out near the bank.
